I just did the upper-body mix of muscle max and it's so perfect for my needs! The music and set are great, it's a lot of fun, and you only spend 6 or 7 minutes on each body part. Bada bing, bada boom, you're done. If you're like me and don't have the energy or attention span for an hour of weights, this is a great way to work out. It's not easy but you won't dread it, either.

Can't wait to try to the lower body mix.
