Hello girls or boys: my questions is : Iwant to have defined muscle. wich series should I get?
Slow and Heavy or Pure Streght. I had DVD Power Hour and The Intensity Series and also de Body Blast sereies.

Hello to you too:) I would say Pure Strength because you can use it for a long period of time where with the Slow and Heavy you shouldn't. Maybe someone can chime in here and explain why because I can't remember what reason.
 
I agree with Barbara. Pure Strength will define your muscles. Slow and Heavy will let your muscles build more. I believe Cathe says in SH series, that this should be done is shorter rotations because there is a lot of mental preparation to do these workouts.
