Muscle Shaking

Hi!
I'm new to the forum, but have been using Cathe's tapes for awhile - especially the ones with weights.
I am curious as to why muscles sometimes shake and quiver after a workout or after I've moved onto another body part.
Is this good or bad? Are my muscles telling me they need protein or glygocen? Or is it simply because I've worked them hard?
I am very fascinated by what happens with our bodies when we exercise and I look forward to learning alot from this forum.

Hi Margie,

I think it is good that your muscles quiver, I am pretty certain it means they have worked hard ! (educated crowd, please correct me if I am wrong). I have noticed that after doing Cathe's Wedding video, my triceps and biceps shake ! And you can see them throbbing. Sorry if I have just put everyone off their breakfast !
