I did the same thing firemedic - chest then tris. I am loving these muscle meltdowns so much & that even made them more intense than they already are. I intended to also add on shoulders, but my tris were also quivering & I had to lower my weight for those lying extensions! I was burnt - way to go grad2010! That had to be the super DOM workout! The back and the tri mm's are the two that still give me doms!
