I have been doing Gym Style Series and 3 days of cardio, I'm thinking of adding a total body workout like Muscle Max to my current rotation. My current rotation is as follow, if you could give me recomendations on what day to add my total body workout. Thanks!
Monday: Chest @ Triceps (Gym Style)
Tuesday: Cardio (Run 6 miles)
Wednesday: Legs (Gym Style)
Thursday: Cardio (Either run 6 miles or Kick punch and Crunch)
Friday: Back,shoulders,@ biceps (Gym Style)
Saturday: Cardio (Run 7 miles)
Sunday: REST!
If anyone else is doing this rotation with added ful body workout, kind of results are you getting? Thank you.
