Hi Lisa! Welcome. Muscle Max is a full body workout whereas the Gym Style DVDs are different body parts. There is Gym Style Legs, Gym Style Chest & Tricps and Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps. They are all great DVDs and you will get a totally thorough workout on all of them. You will definitely feel it the next day. GS Legs is a real killer workout. It has both standing and floor work. Both Muscle Max and the Gym Styles use resistance bands. Muscle Max has core work but the Gym Styles don't. You can also get Core Max which has three different core workouts (one with no equipment, one with the stability ball and one with the resistance bands).
