I don't have the EXACT breakdown, but I do know that all the exercises are included, but sometimes you only do one set instead of two. The list of exercises that I use to keep track of my weights is as follows. I'm sure this isn't totally correct since I'm going from memory, but should give you a good idea. It's a good full body workout that comes in right around an hour.
