I've watched Muscle Max a couple of times and really look forward to doing it. It looks like just what I wanted in a weight training DVD.
The whole DVD is 72 minutes.
The Timesaver Premix is about 56 minutes. I can't find a description of what has been left out in the premix. Does anyone know?
