Muscle Max premixes

I am trying to workout in the mornings and I love MM but I just don't have 72 min in the morning to do this workout. I saw that there is a Timesaver premix that is 56 min long and I was wondering how this premix is. Also, are there any exercises that are skipped or are there just less sets.

For some reason I can't cut and paste links anymore, but here is a response someone gave awhile back:

"The timesaver omits the second set of pushups and flys; the second set of barbell underhand rows; the second set of plie squats; the second set of dumbell lateral raise and upright rows; the second set of bicep curls; and the second set of tricep dumbell press/dips. It includes the 10 min abs. I timed it at 56 minutes. It is a good all around workout if you are short on time."
