Muscle Max Leg Work--Whoo!

I recently bought Muscle Max because I thought it would help me prepare for STS.

I have to say that the leg work is tough. I have all the other tough leg workouts--B&Gs, Legs & Glutes, etc.--but something about the squats, lunges, and plies in Muscle Max really burned up my legs. It was short but intense.

As an overall body workout, I really recommend Muscle Max!
 
I hear you. I secretly avoid MM; not because it's not a great workout, but because I'm scared of the low-end lunges. It hurts just to think about them. Ow! (While I'm confessing, I may as well get something else off my chest -- I usually skip the slow motion lunges in GS Legs. There, now I feel better.)

I actually look forward to the floor work in GS Legs, when all the lunges are over. :) The floor work is still tough but at least there will be no more lunges. :)
 
This is so funny to me because I thought that I was the only person who secretly avoid certain DVDs. I own many many Cathe dvds; however, some are so intense, that I have to be prayed up to actually put them in the player. Admittingly, my pain threshold is still a work in progress.
