Hi Cathe! Congratulations on your new baby! I have a question for you regarding gaining more muscle mass. I am relatively new to your workouts. Recently, I purchased your Slow & Heavy series which is great. I have been using the Firm for about four months and just finished a killer 90 day rotation with them. My question is this: I am at 14% body fat right now and have a very similar build to you I'm 5 2.5" small frame and weight about 105lb. I have good muscle tone especially in my upper body but I would like to get a fuller look to my muscles. Right now my arms and legs are lean and cut, but I would like them to have a fuller appearance (like you do in Slow and Heavy). Currently, I'm doing Slow & Heavy Series with about 45 minutes of cardio tacked and abs(I purchased IMAX but haven't used it yet) a day of pure cardio, total body weight training and rest, they I begin they cycle all over again. I am also eating as clean as possible and use whey as a suppliment each morning and after each workout. Can you give me some guidance? Thanks
