I pulled out this one yesterday and wondered why I haven't done it in years. What a great workout. Felt the burn, especially in the chest segment, and I really liked the shoulder segment. Have to admit that I forgot about all the leg presses but they were a great challenge! This one is appropriately named. :D

Irongirl, I'd love to hear your results from doing so much ME.

I still have a couple of weeks to go, no significant change yet but I am definitely feeling stronger and still loving the workout. I love how much leg/glute work there is and the ab routine is great too!

I think I will be doing a month of Gym Styles after this rotation.
