Hi all. I did this workout this morning. It had been awhile since I had done it, and it nearly kicked my butt! I couldn't do all the reps during the biceps segment, and the chest work with the 8 lb dumbbells on the floor were really challenging today for some reason. I really hate all those leg presses, but I know my legs will be feeling it (in a good way) tomorrow! I adore the ab section, especially the oblique work. I do have a question or two for you guys. First, does anyone else here only use four risers on their high step? I felt six was a bit too much. Also, does anyone here now where Cathe got her adorable sports top in this workout? I love that pretty purple/lilac color! Finally, do any of you know what weight size she is using on her barbells? It seems like she must have 10 lb weights, in addition to what traditionally comes with that set. The Troy Lite set, I mean. I only have 7 1/2, 5 and 2 1/2 weights, adding up to 40 lbs total. It confuses me when I see her using different weights than I am. Has anyone else noticed this?
