muscle endurance workout

can anyone tell me how much is cut out of the muscle endurance workout on fittv? i love the workout and i want to know how much is missing. thanks
 
Well, my DVD box says the workout is 64.5 minutes long. So how long is the show? 60 mins.? So that's 4.5 mins. cut right there. And then subtract the commercials. How long are they? That should give you some idea.
