I loved this workout. I really enjoy total body weight routines. Boy are my muscles on fire. Just when I wanted to put the dumbells down she keeps going and going and going..lol. What a GREAT routine!!

ME used to be my fav! But, every time Cathe comes out with a new series, I have a new fav! :7 Isn't that BICEP section a killer at just 15 pounds?!?! Whewie!

Hi Guys,

I have a quick question since you were talking about ME. I did PUB yesterday (just chest and Shoulders). Would it be okay to do an entire body workout such as ME today? I've read that you need to rest the muscles betw workouts, but I'm having trouble coming up w/a rotation on my own. I work out my arms, then I don't get back to the same muscle group for 2 weeks (just having too much fun w/the cardio!)

I'm trying to firm up my upper body, but find that if I do 1 or 2 body parts per day as suggested, I feel it leaves me w/little time for cardio (I only have an hour in the evenings and I like doing some form of cardio everyday b/c I'm trying to lose weight).

These are the workouts I have so far (All step, PUB/LB,StepBlast/SPJ, ME). Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!:)

Debbie, Isn't it *fun* holding onto a dumbell doing leg press #2 after doing that looooong set of Biceps?

Hi Sammy. I'm currently doing a rotation with the Pyramids, ME and Kickboxing for my cardio. I don't recommend doing PUB and then doing ME the next day. I think you should leave at least a day in between. Maybe do a full hour of cardio the next day after PUB and the following day do ME. The way I do it with the Pyramids and ME is pretty much do the Pyramids at the beginning of the week to do a split lower body workout for a day and then a split for the upper body another day and then ME just hits all the muscles together at the end of the week. My current rotation is this one:

day 1 kickboxing
day 2 PLB (w/a short non kickboxing cardio if I feel like it)
day 3 kickboxing
day 4 PUB*
day 5 kickboxing
day 6 ME*
day 7 Rest

* = In those days sometimes I add jumping rope intervals if I have the energy

A lot of kickboxing but I have to get my legs in shape because I want to get my red belt in karate. I've tried twice but it was never enough. I think Cathe can whip my butt back in shape and then I can try again and finally get it.

The rotation can be modified. Any kickboxing day can be substituted by a full hour of high intensity cardio. I hope this helps.
