Here is what I have written down!
warm up
Leg Press: she holds a 10# plate,uses a 14" step
Squats: she uses 40# bar
Deadlifts: She uses 35#
1 arm rows: She uses 2- 8#'s
Dead Rows w/ a Clean and Press(new move) : She uses 30#
Biceps: She uses 25# Bar (this one is tough!)
Leg Press Again:10 pound plate
Static Lunges: She uses 25# BAr
Chest: She uses 8# Dumb bells,then a ball,then pushups
Dips: No Weight,only 14" step
Kickbacks: She uses 5#'s
Overhead Press: Uses a 10# plate
Glute Raises: No Weight
Leg Presses Again: Holds a 10# plate
Shoulders
resses 8#'s, then front/side raises(5#'s) then bent over raises and side laterals on the Bench(uses 5#'s)
Then onto AB Work! She uses a medicine Ball but shows modifications with an 8# dumbbell.
