Hi Tammy! These are all considered total body workouts with the focus more on muscular endurance rather than heavy strength gains. In my opinion, overall, I think Power Hour is the easiest of the three, although not easy in of itself. Then Muscle Endurance would be next in the line. Muscle Max starts to slow the rep speed down a little and use a bit heavier weights so it will feel a little different than the other two. They all provide nice exercise variety.
