I have a question for all you educated people!
I feel like I've got to the point I'm happy with in terms of muscle size. I don't really want to get any bigger and I'm happy with the definition in my arms, in particular.
So my question is, what sort of weight training should I do? I reckon I'm a meso (the one that builds muscle quite easily, is that right?). I'm not going to stop lifting weights obviously but, for example do I just not lift any heavier than I currently do? Do I continue to use Gym Style, 4DS etc. or switch to other types of workouts?
And please don't think I look like Cathe or am showing off about how good I look! I've reached the right level for me, personally, and it may be a long way off what other people would want!
