Muscle Animations

Wow! I love the first Cathe TV video clip! Is that an example of the STS muscle animations? If so, I am even more excited to receive these DVDs and start previewing! I was visualizing cartoons when y’all first mentioned animations last year. LOL! :)

Will the video demonstrations for the one-rep max tests be available soon, or will STS be shipped first? I need help discerning the difference between some of the exercises that appear to be identical in the pictures. For example, the side leaning lateral raise (687 on Page 1 of the one-rep max exercise chart) and the incline side raise on a stability ball (647 on Page 6 of the one-rep max exercise chart) look the same to me. What is the difference?

Have fun with the Tri-Staters Friday morning, and give the Peeps a hug for me! :) Instead of breakfast at the diner, I would like to see y’all grab your whips and take a field trip to Sony to get them cracking. I am so ready for a shipping announcement!

Have a delightful day! Hugs! :)

Blessings,
Heather B.

LOL on the SONY whip cracking.

As far as the "side leaning lateral raise" vs the "incline side raise on a stability ball", they are the same exercise. You may find this here and there in the program where the same exercise has a different name. It is not done deliberately but occasionally it happens. I can see where it can be a little confusing to you at this point in the testing phase, however, I can assure you once you are doing the program, you won't notice the difference at all

Glad your enjoying the musle animations. It was one of the "funnest" things I had to do with weights for STS.

Cracking the Whip!!!!

Based on the one-rep max tests, I am confident that I will be feeling the pain and training too hard to notice the different names! I just wanted to make sure I was testing the right way. Thank you for clarifying that a few of the exercises on the chart have more than one name. That is one less to test! I only tested this exercise once, and it is good to know that I was not cheating. *wink* There is light at the end of the one-rep max tunnel. I am planning to tackle 4-star and 5-star biceps and triceps this weekend, and I will be ready to roll! After y’all and NFL worked around the clock for a year, it is time for Sony to get with the program and work, work! Here’s a whip for you!
