hi everyone

my husband recently bought himself some mega gold multivitamin's at gnc in the mall.. What would be a good one for me? I work out with Cathe 5-6 days a week and i don't eat enuff fruits and veggies!! Do i really need a multivitamin? Will it make a difference in my energy level and performance in my workouts.. anyone please answer that knows something on this subject. I want some recommendations.. For these vitamins, i don't mind if there pricey but well worth it..thanks in advance

I personally don't believe you have to spend a lot of money to get good vitamins, a point with which GNC no doubt will not agree. I use Vitalert, which you can get at Walmart, BJ's and a lot of other place.

[Edited to add: 1 B-Complex and not 2 multivitamins]

My husband and I are both using the Kirkland Brand High Energy Packs found at Costco. They are $16.99 and bring 90 packs of 7 pills each. Usually when taking so many pills I would get sick. These vitamins are awesome. We don't even feel them in our stomachs. They include: 1 multivitamin, 1 B-Complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, chromium picolonate, ginseng, and calcium. I highly recommend them based on our experience.

I use one a day active woman. Funny I've been on them for about a year and like you do NOT enough fruit and veggies. Don't think I had a cold last winter or if i did I dont remember it being bad and I didnt miss a day of work all year. Not sure if the vitamins are why but I figure it can't hurt.
