Just wondering why my workout cards have runs (multiple entries) of the same exercise. Like it shows one arm row (dumbbell) 12 times in a row. I know we don't do 12 sets of one arm rows. Then it does it again for barbell curls and it does it on all the workout cards. It pushes all the cards to 2 pages and I have to mark through all the xtra entries so I don't get confused during my w/o and writing down the actual weights and stuff like that. Am I doing something wrong when printing my w/o card or is there some kind of glitch?
