multiple repeats of exercises on w/o card

Just wondering why my workout cards have runs (multiple entries) of the same exercise. Like it shows one arm row (dumbbell) 12 times in a row. I know we don't do 12 sets of one arm rows. Then it does it again for barbell curls and it does it on all the workout cards. It pushes all the cards to 2 pages and I have to mark through all the xtra entries so I don't get confused during my w/o and writing down the actual weights and stuff like that. Am I doing something wrong when printing my w/o card or is there some kind of glitch?

That is your operating system. What I need to know is your browser type and version number. It should be something like IE 7.1 or Firefox 3.0. If you're not sure how to determine this just let us know and we will explain how to look this up.
 
I have internet explorer but don't know how to find the version. Sorry.

Near the top of your browser just click on "Help" and then select "About Internet Explorer". You will then see your browser version.
 
Ok, thanks. So I have version 7.0.5730.13

I just finished updating my disc 21 workout in workout manager. I hit save and then went back to it to make sure it saved my info and it actually added even more sets to the one arm rows. Now there's about 20 or 30 sets in a row on my workout card, ug!

If I can copy and paste or send you something that will assist you please let me know.

Here is another problem I'm having. This is my workout disc 23. It duplicates the one leg slide back lunges and the side slide lunges. Now I haven't done the workout yet but I'm pretty sure that is a duplicate and we don't actually double up on the exercise back to back. This happens in several of my workout cards.

We have now eliminated your 1RM duplicate Result files. You should be okay from now on, but may continue to have a problem with workouts you have already saved. If this is the case, just delete that workout and add it again. Let us know if everything is now working or if you continue to have problems.
