3. After doing tons of research, I bought a Creative Zen Micro (it doesn't have 20G of memory, it's a mini one). But they make a larger version also. The battery life lasts much longer (12 hours) than the ipod, it came with an extra battery, I can play the radio on it. I just love it.
4. I tend to download music from buy.com. Stay away from the free sites like edonkey and kazaa - the songs usually have adware and spyware on them and can mess up your computer.
