Mp3 Help seriously computer challenged

Hi Kathryn,
I read that you have a Creative Zen. I do too but I'm fustrated with it. Maybe you can help me! I downloaded a bunch of songs onto it; however, I can only get maybe 6 or 7 songs to play! I've tried the "repeat/shuffle" button on the top of it.....Any suggestions?

I'm not sure I can help.

I have a Zen V Plus, which is different from the Zen. I have no 'repeat/shuffle' button.

Do the songs show up on the list of titles in your Music Library (or does the Zen not have that function?).

Hi Kathryn,
The Creative Zen doesn't have a screen and what a got for a manual was just a little piece of paper to tell me what the buttons are for. Very fustrating! But I'll keep checking. Thanks for responding back; though!

Did you check out the Creative website : www.creative.com ? They might have an online manual or info.
