Hi Cathy,

I have been working out with you on FitTv at least 5 days of the week. Are there going to be any different work outs on FitTv? I am addicted to your weights work outs and would like to purchase a program, which would you recommend? I am 5ft 2 inches weigh 102 LBs and have increased my weights from 3 to 15 lbs since working out with you. Help!!!!:)

Hey Trendymom, not Cathe but thought I would give my 2 cents. I think you would do well with Muscle Endurance (comes with Bootcamp), Pyramid upper and lower body, Muscle Max, all 3 Gym Styles and 4 Day Split. Check those out on shopcathe and see what you think. :)
