Hey guys! Hope you all had a great weekend! It is beautiful here in South Carolina! I went for a 5 mile walk/run today and had to walk more than usual b/c it was a lot warmer then I thought. I got so hot! Anyway, here is my plan for the week:
M: PS CST/BBA
T: Imax 2/abs of choice
W: SJP WU&Step/CTX Kickbox Cardio only/MIC Hi/Lo Only or whatever cardio I feel like
Th: PS SL&A
F: SB/SJP Cardio Circuit Premix
S: PUB/maybe some cardio...maybe not
I may substitute a run here or there for one or two cardio days. I have a busy couple of weeks ahead so I may end up with more unscheduled rest days. I will just do the best I can. Have a great week!

Hi guys,

I had a busy weekend and wasn't able to workout yesterday or today. OTOH, we got a new puppy yesterday so I'm very happy about that, and between getting her settled and my daughter's busy schedule I was running around all weekend. It's worth it though.

Here's what I have planned for the week, and my main goal is to make ALL of my workouts morning workouts and to make that easier by getting to bed as early as I can:

Mon: Circuit Max + CTX Step & Intervals cardio only/ME abs
Tues: KPC cardio cond. premix/Lunges/KPC abs
Wed: Step Blast/Lunges/SJP abs
Thurs: Boot Camp
Fri: ME upper/Lunges/CTX Kickbox cardio only/abs of choice
Sat: OFF
Sun: Power Hour + PLB stability ball work

This is all subject to change of course depending on my schedule this week.

Angela, the weather was beautiful here this weekend too. I may start running with someone soon, I hope.

Hi Ladies.....The weather was awesome here too!! I laid out 3 days out of 4. yesterday my arms got pretty red, and I thought I was being careful, HA!!!

Today I am going to do KPC conditioning drills, SS ub, and some leg work.

I hope to do PS CST/BBA soon. I am so tired right now. I think it is partially the weather change and the stress of this time of year for me. I got so hot today....80's yet they have not turned off the heat at school....pant! Anyway...time to get this bod movin'! I LUV spring! I used to hate running but the weather just makes me want to be out and about. Have a great evening!

Good Morning.....Today my workout will be PLB, and C&W's cardio. I will also throw some abs in there. I hope everyone is well!!

I'm exhausted...long day of meetings. I did RS...I just couldn't get the mental or physical energy to do hi/lo.
 
Today I am going to do SS, and probably KPC conditioning drills. This roattion is grueling. I hope I can keep it up a while longer.

Hi ladies,

Yes, I've been busy lately, and it's TTOM too so I've been fighting off extreme fatigue since Saturday. I did get to do Power Hour yesterday, needless to say, my plan for the week isn't working out but I hope to get four workout days total in this week. I may join a gym close to home so that should help with my workouts too. It's difficult to get it all in some days, especially when I'm so tired. Some months are just worse than others I guess.

Today the puppy (Gretchen) woke us up at 3:00 a.m. with an upset tummy. Then my son woke up. My 4 a.m. workout plans didn't workout b/c I was dealing with a sick puppy and a fussy baby. LOL.

I hope you all are enjoying this glorious weather!

Lori, I hear you re: freestyle. Once you get going it gets easier, i.e., you get used to doing lower body and abs every day. Just remember to keep your weights lighter than you usually would and you won't get too exhausted. I made that mistake in the beginning. Not fun.

Randi...I'm right there with ya...it's TTOM and it is a stressful and busy time at work and I'm just pooped out! I am going to have to rest today. I may try to talk myself into working out but I will have to do it soon as Thursday is my "reality" TV night....Survivor and The Apprentice. Although I guess tonight it is just Survivor until the new Apprentice starts. I have two meetings tomorrow and one is after school. I'm hoping to get a good workout in tomorrow evening and Saturday's are usually good long workout days for me. Nope...I'm not working out. I pushed myself last night and just can't get the energy up tonight. Just decided...that's it folks!
 
Hi Guys!!!! andi, I am giving up on Freestyle. I am completely worn out. I just ordered the Power 90X series, I will give that a try for awhile. Today I think I will do SS ub Blast, and some cardio. I might use the TS DVD, and do all of the Ub work, and the cardio from TS #1. Have a good weekend guys.

Last night I did PS SL&A and SB. I did extra stretches. I am down 2 pounds and 1.5 inches in my hips...woo hoo! Today is PUB. I may do cardio or not. If I get out before it gets too hot I will do a run/walk...if not maybe some hi/lo or kickboxing...or maybe just PUB.
 
Hi Guys.......Today I am going to do SS LB, and some kind of FAST cardio. Either BC cardio, or Imax Blasts, then work my core a little. I haven't decided if I am totally going to give up on freestyle, but I did order the Power 90X series. I may not start those until I come back from Chicago.

The weather has been awesome here. Sunny and warm, in the 60's. My tulips and daffodils are all bloomed, and so has my Tulip Tree. I got a new car this week, and I love it!!!! It is a Subaru Outback. I hated to buy a foreign car, with all the job losses, and Steelcase the way it is, I am kinda buy American, but it is awesome. I have never liked a car like I LOVE this one!!!!

Today we are just going to kick back and relax. I have really been struggling w/ working out and staying on my points. These last 2 days have been horrible, I just want to throw in the towel. BUT....I have come very far, I look better than I have in awhile, and I have to keep plugging on. Hopefully when I get these new workouts, it will increase my enthusiasm a bit.

Enjoy your weekend! We all have those slumps and I'm finding myself more energized and wanting to workout when I allow myself to rest when my mind or body says I need it. Have fun with the new car! Now just do it...kick back and relax!

Today I did TS #5, plus ts #4 cardio. I am hooked on that cardio. I love it!!!! My buns and legs are sore, but I do think this is working. Tomorrow I am going to weigh and measure....UGH. I dread it, even though alot of the times I have been seeing change, I still dread that scale so!!!

Hey Lori,
I am sore also...a good sore...the way I like it. My pecs are sore after PUB and my outer thighs/hip area are sore after PS floor work. Yesterday I did PUB plus CTX Kickbox cardio only. Today is a rest day. We had a nice weekend. We had the chance to hook up with a lot of friends we haven't seen in a while. Have a great rest of the day!

Hey,

I started PS CST but wasn't able to finish it today. Friday I did a KPC/LG combo - the one with the ankle wt. work. I'm looking forward to a fresh start this week.

We had a nice weekend though - I did some shopping for the kids yesterday and we all went out to lunch too. It was just me, the kids and my mom.
