I've had a good and busy Monday. I completed Imax/BC Core Only today. Here is my plan for the rest of the week:
T: PP Two Set Total Body Premix
W: CKicks/abs
Th: C&W/L&G
F: Cardio
S: SS Two Set Total Body Premix
Su: Rest

We are off to have dinner with friends. Have a great week!

Good Morning Ladies.....I did P90X Chest and Back yesterday, and today is ME legs and Plyometrics. I am tempted to do the LPC/L&G's premix just so I don't have to change tapes. I am going to do the workouts as is this week, and maybe change a few like today's next week. Well, I hope everyone has a great day!!!!!!!

Hi ladies,

I don't know what's going on, but I can't post from my computer at home. Anyway, yesterday I took a step class and did upper body at the gym. Sunday I did 45 min. of cardio and lower body followed up by abs from C&W and S&H and L&G stretch. I'm going to alternate upper/lower and cardio for the rest of the week, and I may do a cardio w/o tomorrow morning. Friday I'm off but I won't be able to get to the gym, and doing cardio at home is very difficult with the baby.

Angela! I am so jealous!!! I can't get the tops of my arms to look good for nothing. Righjt now, I am kinda eating the BFL way. I get so sick of dieting, and not really losing a whole lot. I am sure in a month,. I will freak out and go back to my Points. I hope not.

Yesterday I did Plyometrics. OH MY, that is a killer workout. I think it is harder than the Imaxes. My legs are so sore. It is really tough. I was dripping wet. Today I am doing Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper, and the ankle weight stuff from L&G's.

If you guys every want something different, these workouts are well worth the money.

Randi- Are you still eating BFL way??? Do you take a free day??? I do not think I am going too. I would just rather have a few cheat meals along the way.

Angela - congrats on the bicep development! I'm jealous too :). My arms are always on the thin side and it has taken me a looong time to build up the muscle that I have. My shoulders and triceps are coming in nicely though.

Dh informed me, after my son had pulled out all of my workout dvds and tapes, that I'm not allowed to buy anymore. P90X will have to wait I guess, until he "forgets" what he saw, lol.

Lori, I more or less follow the BFL-style of eating all the time, only I'm not as strict as I should be. I try to follow it all week and cheat one day on the weekend. I have the Eating for Life book and he goes into detail about why the free day is important - as one day and not a few meals during the week. It's such an easy plan to follow - it's just difficult on the days I travel - I have so much to carry w/o carrying all my food for the day.

No w/os yesterday or today. Too tired!

I want to get the Eating For Life book. I will pick it up at Walmart. That plan seems pretty doable. Do you guys drink the protein shakes and eat the bars? What brands to you use if you do...myoplex? Tonight I completed Cardio Kicks. I forget what a perfectly nice cardio workout it is. I really felt it in my arms too after doing PP yesterday.

This afternoon I had about 4 hours of Special Education meetings so I was pooped out when I got home. Yesterday and today I had to drink 3/4 c. of coffee or I would have never had the energy to workout.

This weekend is our anniversary....5 years! We are actually going to celebrate next weekend. We will stay in a hotel downtown and hang out downtown next weekend. We don't do that a lot so it will be a nice little get away.

Well...I've rambled on enough for one night.

I have picked up that book and looked at it so many times, I am just too cheap to buy it. My birthday is in a few weeks, and my mom always gives me some money, maybe I will get it with that.

I love EAS's Cookies and Cream bars. If you keep them cold, they are like a treat. I mostly use whole foods though. I do use alot of pro powder. I use Biochem's GROW!!!! It is the best. It is like cake batter. I love this stuff. I have some on my ceral in the morning, and at least one pro shake a day. I read in last month's Oxygen magazine that if you drink a pro drink a 1/2 hour within your workout, you gain much more muscle. So, this week I have started that practice. I just know in one month's time I will look like Popeye!!!!!

I bought Eating For Life....already grocery shopped and ready to "officially" start Sunday morning. Our anniversary is this weekend but we're not "officially" celebrating until next weekend when we can get away...tee hee. Rest day today unless I get a burst of energy and do a cardio workout after I get home tonight. I hope to do SS tomorrow and if I don't get in cardio tonight then I will do a cardio on Sunday. I may do Body Max or BC in place of Supersets on Saturday. Have a terrific weekend!

Angela- What are you going to "Officially" start?? Clean eat9ing or a Challenge??? I saw your note posted on the 5 disc player message. I have one, but I do not know how to work mine either. I am so lacking when it comes to things like that. I am going to dig my book out and try to figure out how to do it. i hate changing discs all the time. Have a great weekend!!!!!!

I'm going to start the Eating For Life plan...."officially" tomorrow...tee hee. I love my 5 disc player. What do you mean about not knowing how to work it? Program it or move from disc to disc? I played with it until I figured it out when I first got it. I just had to do a mish mosh once I got it figured out! Figure that thing out girl! You will love the workouts you can create once you get the hang of it!

I ended up taking two rest days...Friday and Saturday. I just did not have the time to fit a workout in and I wasn't getting up at 4 to do it. So today I will do BodyMax. That always makes me feel like I fit everything in when I've missed a couple of days. I just made my first Eating for Life breakfast...golden pancakes...they were actually really good! My husband was thrilled. They were so healthy....oates, fat free cottage cheese, egg whites, a little cinnamon, vanilla extract, and two packets of splenda...blend together and there ya go!

Well, I'm off to review my Sunday school lesson and to get ready for church. I want to plan a killer rotation this week as I will be taking a couple days off next weekend when DH and I go away.

I did buy the book yesterday. I stopped on my way home from a show. I have looked thru it a little. I have made those pancakes before. leanandstrong.com has so many good recipes on it. I get alot of things from them. It is a BFL website. Have you ever been there before???

I did get my instructions for my DVD player out yesterday. Have not looked very throughly at them. I am really lacking when it comes to figuring things like that out. I gave it to my husband to do, and he is going to look at it today.

I comend you for going to church. I am so bad, I have not gone since Easter. Next week, I am going to go. I promised. I had a church, I so loved it, and they changed Pastors, and I just could not love Pastor Nancy, like I did Pastor Julie. So, for a year, I kinda skipped around, did not go, FINALLY, a friend of mine in Premier told me about her church. Well, I went, and I really liked it. I have gone probably 6 times, but since Easter, I have not. My husband will not go, he goes on Christmas Eve, and that is it. I don't mind going by myself, but sometimes, it is a real bummer. It is hard to meet new people there. Alot of them say "hi" to me, and I smile, and be friendly, but it is tough. I have come to the conclusion that in order to meet the people, I am going to have to get involved in some way. So, I am going back next Sunday, abnd hopefully, soon, I can find something that interests me, and I can get involved somehow.

Randi- How are you?? I remember you said that you could not get on at home, or was it at work?? I hope your weekend is going well.
