Hey Lori and Randi,
I had a busy night. I came home from school and did my workout then showered and left for PTA meeting tonight. I almost didn't workout, but decided to go for it. Here is my plan for the week:
M: KPC through high intensity drills/PLB - done!
T: PUB/Imax 2 Blast Mania Premix
W: Cardio/abs(SB/SJP Cardio Circuit Premix?)
Th: Cardio/abs(MIC Hi/Lo Only/SJP Step Only/SB Challenge Only?)
F: PS CST/BBA
S: KPC WU & Combos 1,2,& 3/PS SL&A
Su: Rest

Good Morning Ladies....I did not work out yesterday, and I ate HORRIBLE all weekend in Chicago, but I did have fun with my mom. Somehow, I hurt my back. It has been so sore and tender. Yesterday, I could hardly get up, so I did not work out. Today it feels better, so I am going to attempt my new P90X. I hope you guys are well!!!!

Good evening,

I posted on the other thread yesterday without looking at the dates! Duh! Anyway, yesterday I took a kickboxing class (using the heavy bag, lots of fun), did chest at the gym and finished up with PS upper and KPC and SJP abs at home. Today I went in with dh to his office, went to the dentist and ran for 30 min. on the treadmill and rode for 15 min. on the bike at the gym there. I'll try to do abs later and lower body tomorrow, probably PS SLA.

My plan for the week is basic, 2 more lower workouts and 2 more upper, 3 more cardios, and 4 more ab workouts, however I am able to get it all in!

Lori, I hope your back is feeling better, take it easy! Have fun with P90X and let us know all about it when you can!

Hey guys! Lori, glad you are back. Randi, sounds like you're working hard! Tonight I got a late start....I just finished PUB so I will not do cardio. I have plenty of cardio planned anyway and I think I tend to overdo it in that department. "See" you tomorrow!

I did my first workout yesterday, Core Synergetics. I liked it. Today is a cardio workout, but I am also going to do a Cathe leg workout to add to it. My back felt better yesterday, and it is ok today. Kinda stiff, but ok. It is BEAUTIFUL here!!!!! I love this nice weather.

Hey Lori,
Glad your back is doing better. Maybe some nice stretches will help. I'm reading great things about the Power 90 workouts. Tonight I did Imax 2 BlastMania Premix/C&W abs only....whew! That was a tough workout in under an hour.
Hi Randi,
Are you enjoying the gym? Is that where you take your kickboxing class? I would like to find a BodyPump and/or an aerobics class to take for a change this summer. It's so hard to find just one or two classes b/c usually you have to have a gym membership. Oh well. I can't wait to get the high step workout for something different.

Good Morning Ladies.....Randi, I am curious too, do you like your gym workouts, and do you still do Cathe??? I did Cardio X yesterday, along with L & G's, and I did like the cardio. It is not as intense as Cathe, but I still liked it. I have read at VF that the weight workouts make you unable to move. Today is my first one, Arms and Shoulders. We will see how it goes. I will let you know!!!!!

Good afternoon ladies,

I'm in the office again today. I took yesterday and today off from exercise as a result!

Yes, I am enjoying my gym workouts but I miss my Cathe cardio. I like lifting in the gym b/c I'm able to go heavier and I have access to the racks and other equipment I don't have at home, but for cardio it's limited depending on what classes I'm able to attend so I usually wind up using the machines. I just wish it was easier for me to do cardio at home! I'm going to have to get my Cathe step fix soon I think. Otherwise, I really like it - no interruptions and it's very close to my house.

Tomorrow is lower and cardio at the gym. I've gotta get back to work!

Hello you two,
I just finished SB/SJP Cardio Circuit Premix/ME Abs&Stretch. Tomorrow the kindergarten classes are going to the strawberry farm to pick berries...then we will picnic at a park before returning to school. My husband is going to come a long for the fun as he does not have to work tomorrow. It should be an enjoyable day. Hopefully it won't be too hot.

Sunday morning my church is having our service outside at a park then we are having a picnic. It looks like it may get rained out again. We shall see. Have a great weekend!

Hin ladies, how are you today??? I have a busy 2 daysd ahead of me, so I got up early to get started. Today is my Yoga day. I was going to add on some leg work, but my back is very tender again today, so I will skip it, and just do the Yoga. I have never done Yoga in my life, and read that this is quite the Yoga workout. I am not real sore today from the arms workout, so next time I will go a little higher with my weights. Have a good weekend.

Angela, I hope you had fun strawberry picking! I haven't done that in years but I remember it being a lot of fun.

Lori, how did you like the arms workout? I have yet to try yoga on any serious level. I may take a class one of these days. Let us know how you like the yoga workout.

I'm going to the gym after I finish up my work here and I'll do cardio and lower body. If last week is any indication, the gym should be fairly empty, so no waiting for equipment. I plan on going tomorrow and Sunday as well. Tomorrow dd has gymnastics and a birthday party so it'll have to be in the morning.

I haven't started with the trainer yet b/c she's been sick, but hopefully next week or the week after that.

Strawberry picking was wonderful. It was nice and overcast which made it much more pleasant than baking in the hot sun. I plan on doing PS CST/BBA. I may WU with SJP Step only premix. Tomorrow is PS SL&A/KPC Combo's 1,2, & 3. Sunday I plan on resting. Hubby and I are going to relax this weekend. Have a good one ladies!

I'm glad you had such a nice time Angela! I did 30 min. on the treadmill, 15 on the recumbent bike and then lower body. I also did the ball work from PLB and PUB core.

My husband and I just finished watching the House of Sand and Bog....I bawled. That was the saddest movie I have seen in a long time. My poor husband doesn't know what to do with me during a movie like that. It was so so sad and tragic....it grabbed us from the beginning and even with all the publicity it got I never knew too much about the story line and was just shocked by the ending. Boo hoo....;(

I did do SJP Step only/PS CST/BBA. Have a super weekend!
