Hey guys! I think I have decided to do Cathe's New Years Resolution/January Rotation so my plan for this week is as follows:
M: BodyMax
T: MIC or a mix of cardio equal to that intensity
W: SB/SJP 85 min. premix
TH: RS plus 10 min. abs
F: LL/CTX Upper
S: Imax/SJP abs
Su: Rest

I'm copying my post from the other thread over here. This morning I did not get up to exercise - I was EXHAUSTED. I'd feel guiltier about it but I was really just so tired. Anyway, dh had a good idea - I may be able to get in one or two workouts while I'm at my sister's this weekend. I'll just bring my jump rope and see what I can do.

My week will look something like this, for now:

M: rest
T: IMAX2/PUB down/lunge exercises/PUB core
W: 30 min. roping/L&G standing only/SJP abs
Th: 30 min. roping/MIC hi/lo only/PUB down/KPC abs
F-S: I'm going to try and do 2 roping/lower body interval workouts. We'll see .

Have fun with the Cathe rotation, Angela. I may try that after my freestyle rotation is over.

Hi Guys.....I am PMS dragging this morning, feeling very low. I am supposed to do Imax today. I probably will, but it will take alot of talking into. Talk to you later.

Where is everyone??? I found us on page 2!!!!!!!!!! I did not work out yesterday, and I am not today either. I can not move. I am SO swollen, and feeling bad, I just have to let it go for a few days. I hope to feel better tomorrow. Hope you guys are ok??

Hi Lori, I'm here! I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. Some months are better than others, I know how it is. You can work out when you feel better - don't push yourself too hard.

I didn't workout this morning either, I was just too tired. Yesterday I wasn't able to do cardio but I did L&G standing and PUB down incl. PUB core. I pushed myself to go heavier and since I exercised so late I think that's why I was so tired this morning.

Tomorrow I'll exercise and I plan on at least doing some lower body exercises and abs while I'm away this weekend.

Where are you Angela? I hope everything is ok? You've inspired me to come up with a freestyle take on Cathe's January rotation. I think that I'll do what I've worked out for the next four weeks. Thanks for the idea!

I'm in the office today so I have to go.

Hey Lori and Randi,
I'm here! Today was my first day of spring break and I got up at 5 b/c I went with a dear friend to spend the day with her and her husband at the VA Hospital. I did not sleep well last night...I was in spring break vacation mode when got the call so I did not go to bed until late. Anyway, last night I did a 5 mile run. I decided to do a nice steady jog the whole time instead of running sprints. It took me 50 minutes. It is funny but I actually do it in a little less time when I take a few walking breaks. Today I am supposed to do SB/SJP 85 min. premix. I am really tired though. I also want to get my house cleaned. I think I will drink a cup of java, throw the bathroom rugs and kitchen rugs in the wash, workout(maybe) then see what cleaning I am up to tonight and do the rest tomorrow. Randi, I'm glad you are doing so great with your rotation. Lori, I know you will feel better soon! 'Totally understand how you feel...take it easy! Well, ladies, of all the things in the whole wide world...I am 34 years old and my mom made an Easter basket for my husband and I...dove milk chocolate bunnies, dag gum peanut butter M&M's.....can you believe it? I don't know what possessed my mom. They are in Romania right now visiting my sister and her family. Anyhoo...I will one day get back on track with this eating. I do have to say that eating 6 small mini meals a day has been awesome the days I've done it. The blood sugar stays level...no starving moments...I supplement a couple of the meals with nutrition bars and bought some protein powder to use also. This long, boring narrative must come to an end. P.S. Edited to say I'm not 34 yet...August...so I'm still 33...like that matters!
 
Angela, your post made me smile :). My mom still makes Easter baskets for us too. I'll probably do the same thing for my kids when they are all grown up. Your mom sounds very sweet!

I do best when I eat 5-6 small meals per day. I need to get some more nutrition bars now that you mention it...I like EAS AdvantEdge and Balance Bars the best. Protein shakes are great after a workout too, or for breakfast.

I'm just hoping to get some exercise in this weekend. I plan on doing upper again tomorrow with lower body, abs and cardio.

Hi Ladies....I feel somewhat better today. i do not know what I am going to do today. I want to do the L&G's 82 minute one, but it sounds so HARD. I have to think about it, but I am going to work out no matter what.

I am glad my mom doesn't give me Easter baskets still!!!

I got my house straightened up last night and my floors mopped. I plan on doing SB/SJP 85 min. premix this morning. Glad you are feeling better Lori. Hi Randi!

Good Morning....I am dreading the workout today!! What is wrong with me, I need to get out of this slump!!!! Anyway, today is Imax 2, and the leg weight workout from L&G's. I will make it....Have a great Easter you guys!!!!!!!!

Don't worry Lori. You are just having one of those weeks. You'll be back in the groove soon. We all have those times.

I went a little crazy today...I'm on Spring Break. I did RS minus CD&Stretch/Cardio Kicks Power Drills & stretch only/CTX Upper Body Split/PUB Stretch. I think I am putting off doing my paper work for my annual review meetings...yikes!

Today I did LL & a moderate mish mosh from Cardio Hits. I am very excited as LL was hard but did not absolutely kill me like the last time I did it. Woo hoo! I may get up and do a cardio tomorrow morning before church as we are having a HUGE Easter dinner with friends tomorrow afternoon.:7
