Move It to Lose It Check In 3/29-4/7

Here I go replying to myself again, lol. Anyway, this morning I did not get up to exercise - I was EXHAUSTED. I'd feel guiltier about it but I was really just so tired. Anyway, dh had a good idea - I may be able to get in one or two workouts while I'm at my sister's this weekend. I'll just bring my jump rope and see what I can do.

My week will look something like this, for now:

M: rest
T: IMAX2/PUB down/lunge exercises/PUB core
W: 30 min. roping/L&G standing only/SJP abs
Th: 30 min. roping/MIC hi/lo only/PUB down/KPC abs
F-S: I'm going to try and do 2 roping/lower body interval workouts. We'll see :).

Hi Ladies.....How was your weekends??? Mine was good. I did PP UB, 2 sets today, and BC Core work, and BC Abs. I wanted to do some cardio, but I ran out of time. Talk to you tomorrow.
