Hey guys! Here is my plan for the week:
M: Light run/PH(running w/friends after work if the weather holds up otherwise just PH)
T: Cmax/S&I Cardio only
W: KPC
TH: BC everything but core premix/Core premix/Weights only premix(if pressed for time or too stressed I won't add in the weights only premix)
F: Step Works
S: ME/CTX Kickbox cardio only
Su: Rest
I have a busy couple of weeks coming up! Later!

Hi Angela! I hope you and Lori both had a happy Easter. We just got back about an hour and a half ago. No formal workouts for me this weekend but I did do a lot of hill walking so I'm counting that. Anyway, here's what I have planned for the week (I'm working Tues. and Thurs.):

Mon: IMAX1 6-10/CTX Upper Body/Lunges/CTX abs
Tues: Rhythmic Step/Lunges/PUB core
Wed: MIC hi/lo & step from Step & Intervals/Lunges/S&I abs
Thurs: Circuit Max + SJP abs
Fri: IMAX1 1-5/Leaner Legs/LL abs
Sat: Body Max minus UB/PUB down
Sun: OFF

I'm trying to keep my workouts on the days I go into the office to about an hour. That way I don't have to rush so much in the morning.

I'd better get going.

Hi Guys...Hope you both had a great weekend. I felt awful, but it was ok. I came home yesterday and went to bed. I didn't really even talk much. My body is finally feeling relief, so I am happy. Today I will work out. I didn't on sat. or Sunday. I worked so hard to lose those 4.5 lbs., I hope I did not blow it too bad. I did not step on the scale this morning, but I will next Monday. I just hope it is the same. Talk to you later.

Hi Lori,

I'm glad you're feeling better. I just finished 1/2 of today's workout, IMAX1 6-10 and lunges. After I'm done working for today I'll do CTX upper and abs.

Take care of yourself. I'm sure you didn't undo all the progress you made - your body just needed to rest and recuperate. Some months are just much harder than others in that aspect. I hope you're back to 100% soon - believe me, I can relate :).

Hi Guys.....Today I am on to FreeStyle Training w/ my other check-in group. I am getting bored w/ my lower body rotation, after all, it has been 4 weeks!!!!!!!! HA!

I just finished CMax/S&I Cardio only...whew! That was one tough workout! I may have to take an unscheduled rest day tomorrow as I have a meeting after school. Then I will be attending a viewing. A teacher I work with lost a loved one. It has been raining and the kids are climbing the walls this week. I pray for sun tomorrow! :7
 
Hi girls! It's shaping up to be a busy week for me as well. Monday I finished in the afternoon with CTX upper body and PUB core. Yesterday I did IMAX1 1-5 and LL. Today was an unscheduled rest day b/c I was just too tired and needed to rest.

Angela, I'm sorry to hear about your friend's loss. I hope the rain lets up for you soon so the kids can get outside again.

I am sorry it took so long but I answered you question on the rotation forum, I kept a check on that forum for about a week after I posted it and didn't get a response, so I didn't check back in until tonight when I read this post that you were starting Freestyle. I hope you like it as much as I do............. Rhonda

Good morning,

I'm working from home today. Dh and I had an ordeal on the way home last night - our car died on the highway. We didn't get home until after 11.

Anyway, I'm not sure what the workout will be today - probably what I had planned for yesterday, 30 min. roping, lunges, PUB down and SJP abs.

How do you like freestyle so far Lori? I'm still getting the hang of doing lower body and abs w/every workout. At least my abs are showing more definition.

As usual...I planned a little too gung-ho for today's workout. I forget to lower my weights when I haven't done BC for a while. I did BC Everything But Core Premix/BC Core only premix. After I finish this rotation I think I want to work BC in once a week until I get back to where I was with this workout. I can't believe how winded I get during this workout when I haven't done it in a while and I use the heaviest weights I can muster for this one. This is one of Cathe's toughest in my book. I don't get as winded during BodyMax as I do during BC!

Yes, Lori, my eating is back on track. Glad you are doing well.

It has been a long and busy week. I am very tired too and that was part of my problem during today's workout. After much rain we are back to blue skies, sunny days, and upper 70's. It may even reach 80 on Sunday! Woo hoo!

Good Morning....I am tired too. I have been working out HARD. I do not know if I like this Free Style. It is alot of working out. I was going to do BC LB and cardio today, along with PUB. Rhonda did strength workouts all the time. i don't know, I might just keep trying on this mixture of strength and endurance and see where it gets me. I do need to get the book. I am going to stop again tonight and see if this book store has it. where I went last night, they did not have it. Have a good day guys. I laid in the sun yesterday for about 2 hours. Boy, did it feel good. i am going to do it again today for a little bit.

Rhonda, I know you were posting to Lori, but thanks for the link! I'm finding my groove with freestyle right now and all the info I can get is so helpful. Now that I'm doing the lunges the way they are suggested in the book I feel like I'm making more progress.

Anyway, yesterday I jumped rope for 30 min., did my lunges (4 exercises, 15 reps ea. leg, 4 sets), PUB up (for a change), SJP abs and the stretch from L&G.

Today I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. Maybe Rhythmic Step, or if I don't have time for that, 30 min. roping, lunges and abs. The problem with time is making sure my little one is out of the way for the cardio portion and it's difficult to keep him occupied for an hour (my mom or dh handles that).

I was sooo hungry yesterday. Ate everything that wasn't nailed down lol. Today I feel better though.

ttyl and have a wonderful day! It's gorgeous here too and I can't wait for the 80s, possibly on Monday! I need a pedicure and some new shoes...

Randi, glad I could help, someone had posted a web site on freestyle not long ago and I bookmarked it, and have been keeping in touch with that freestyle trainer and asking a few question along the way, anyone else can email her with a question they have about freestyle.... Rhonda :7

I went for a 5 mile walk/run/L&G stretch/KPC abs & stretch...had to drink a cup of java before my run to get up some energy. I've lost a couple good nights sleep. I plan on catching some good zzzz's tonight. I have a lot of paperwork to do this weekend. Have a terrific weekend!

Rhonda- Thank you for all of your help. I have not been meaning to ignore your messages, I have just been busy and not writing much. I tried to caLL the number, and got a answering machine. I am going to go to the website.

I am going to do BC cardio and LB today, along with the ball work from PLB, and some abs.

I am still following WW's. This plan is really the best for me although I always want to switch to something different because I think I will see faster results. I can eat very healthy and clean all day, have some ice cream at night, and still lose weight. I am going to stick with it!!!
