Hey guys! I just finished C&W/SS. Here is my plan for the week:
Monday: SB/SJP Cardio Circuit Premix
Tuesday: PUB/Imax 2 Intervals 6-10
Wednesday: PLB/Imax 2 Intervals 1-5
Thursday: KPC
Friday: MIC WU & Hi/Lo/SJP Step only/SB Challenge only/C&W abs
Saturday: PP Total Body (2 sets) Premix
Sunday: Rest
We are supposed to get 1 to 3 inches of snow tonight. I would love to see a little snow fall. It is so pretty and we don't have school tomorrow anyway. I hope you both had a terrific weekend!

Hello. I had a buisy weekend, but today, I was lazy. I went to church, came home, put my sweats on, and fell asleep. I just could not get going today. I did not work out yesterday or today. Plus, my eating has been horrid. Today it was good, and I will start working out again tomorrow. This week is a little slower than last week, so that is good!!!! Hope everyone is well, and Angela, you can have all the snow you want. We have way TOO much here, and next week it is supposed to start warming up!!

I know what you mean about those lazy days. It has been overcast here and it makes me just want to curl up with a good book so I can read and doze, read and doze. My eating too has gone down the tubes. I am determined to get back on track. I'm glad your week will be a bit slower. Tomorrow I am checking into a program being offered to teachers to get a master's degree in a year. It would be in divergent learning which I think would benefit me greatly. I would attned class a certain number of weekends a semester. Then I have another special education two hour inservice meeting after school on Thursday. I have to learn how to give a new test to my students before I begin writing their educational programs for the next school year. My best friend is flying down from Michigan weekend after this one so I will take a personal day on Friday. I know I will blow my eating then so I plan on being ultra strict and healthy until then.

I changed my workout today. It was cardio but I did a HI/LO Fest: MIC WU&Hi/Lo/SJP Hi/Lo sections 1,2, & 3/10-10-10 Hi/Lo/Power Circuit Hi/Lo, planks(I could not finish all of the planks), abs, & stretch. I tend to step too much and thought this would be a good change of pace and blast some calories! Good grief...this was long....sorry! Talk to ya later!:7

Well, I did Shape It Up! today. tomorrow I will do some sort of cardio. Well, Angela it is nice to know someone else's eating has been less than perfect. it makes me feel a little bit better. I am thinking about allowing myself 3 cheat meals a week. I did that once and was very successful at it.

I bet you are a wonderful teacher. You sure put alot into it!!!!

Hi! This weekend went well in some ways, but I didn't get to work out at all. Too many people and not enough time, plus the baby has been sick and he's been keeping us up nights. Anyway, this morning I did Tear It Up and tomorrow I plan on doing Firm It Up and cardio.

My eating has been lousy this weekend too...I'm trying to get it back on track today. It's difficult when there's so much going on to make sure to eat clean, kwim? Anyway, here's to a great workout week! I've gotta go.

Today I did Angela's favorite SJP/Sb hi/lo circuits. I haven't done it in awhile and it was fun. Tomorrow it will be SS, twice thru.

Hope you two are having a good day. Hope the baby is feeling better Randi!!

Randi, I hope your little one gets all better. Lori, I do enjoy that premix! Tonight I will either do Imax 2 Intervals 6-10 and PUB or Imax 2 and PUB Up only. I haven't quite decided. Trying to blast those extra calories but I really like doing PUB in its entirety which means I will shorten the cardio. Dunno...we shall see.:7
 
Well today I did SS, twice thru w/ the ab work. Those bicycles are a killer, and those lunges!!!! I could feel those baby's in my legs. Hope the baby is better today Randi!!! I have to tell you Angela, when I was doing SS, I thought of you at the end. I thought "even if she did a 95 minute workout, she would still tack cardio on the end." I thought it, and then was done. I don't like as much cardio as you, but I still admire you!!!! Well, tomorrow is my cardio day and I will either do Imax 2 or KPC. We will see what I am in the mood for.

I agree Lori...the bicycles are tough! I have to say that I would have had to take a break and eat a snack before tacking on cardio to that workout...it is long! I did not feel like working out tonight but I did anyway. I almost quit but kept pushing though and ended up having a great workout. Imax 2 Intervals 1-5 and PLB. I find breaking up the Imax workouts is allowing me to give my all without pooping out. Randi, let us know how your little one is doing!

I will do some sort of cardio tonight. KPC is on the schedule but I'm not sure I'm in a KPC mood. I just finished straightening up. My small group Bible study meets at our house tomorrow night. I am really struggling with making healthy eating choices and cutting out sweets. I just can't seem to get back on track. Why is eating such a hard issue of self-control? I mean, that's what it boils down to for me anyway....;( Oh well, have a great night!

P.S. I am thinking of doing a circuit rotation next week then two more weeks with the pyramids. Then going into a Pure Strength rotation. I traded for Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and the other two should be in the mail to me by now. I am excited as I have been trying to trade for the Pure Strength series for a while now! Woo hoo!:7
 
Hello everyone. I did Step Heat yesterday. i was just tired and did not feel like a hard workout. Probably will do Tear It Up! today, I hope. Very busy, gotta run. talk to you soon!!!

Today was one of those days....a sigh of relief that today is over! I declare it a rest day. I will do PP Two set premix tomorrow and cardio on Sunday. Have a great weekend!

Alright...I have a new game plan. Food is too much a focus for me. Eating too much then restricting too much. I spoke with one of my teacher friends and she is just an all around healthy person. I am going to eat 3 well balanced healthy meals with 2 or 3 healthy snacks a day. I know what foods I need to focus on eating. I am going to focus on making healthy food choices a majority of the time instead of being so restictive so I can go all out on the weekend. I am also going to do circuit style workouts since I love to incorporate weights and aerobics in one session. I will try that focus this week and see how I feel about it. So here goes...

Today: SB/SJP Step,Hi/Lo, & Weights Circuit premix
Sunday: Cardio and abs(lower intensity cardio)
Monday: BodyMax
Tuesday: MIC
Wednesday: SJP or one of the premixes
Thursday: CMAx/Step&Intervals Cardio only
Friday: KPC
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: BC minus Stretch & core/C&W minus WU

Hello Angela and Randi!!! Randi, where are you?? I hope all is well. Yesterday I took a rest day. I had a family emergency Thurs. night, and did not get home from ER until 11:30. I got up at 6:30 today to do my workout before I went to my show...to tell you the truth, I am exhausted. i have a appt. tomorrow, and all day Monday, Tues. morning, life is good, but so busy!!!!! Tomorrow is going to be great though, I am signing up my 4th jeweler, and I will be a Builder in Premier!!!! It is the first level of Leadership. I normally do not do Premier stuff on Sunday, but we have had a problem getting together, so tomorrow it is. Well, hope everyone is having a good weekend. Good Luck on those circuits next week Angela. Too much cardio for me!!!

Good for you Lori. It sounds like you are doing what you enjoy and having success at it. That's great. I am sorry to hear of your family emergency. I pray all is well now. You know, I'm already changing my mind about my rotation. I am going to have to find a way to get the pyramid workouts in. I at least want to stick with those for 4 weeks and this would make week 3. I'm hoping after next week to have my complete set of Pure Strength so I can do those for 4 weeks. I will probably come up with a new plan for this week. I am just undecided at this point. My best friend is flying in from Michigan Friday morning for the weekend. I can't wait to see her! Have a great week! Hope to hear from you soon Randi!

I didn't see a new check-in for this week so I'm posting to this one. I'll post to the other if I see it later though.

Lori, I hope all is well with your family. Angela, you have a tough rotation planned for the week!

I did all my SS workouts this week, a feat in and of itself considering the chaos my house was in. Nothing extra though. This is week four of my rotation and I'm trying to decide what to do for the next four weeks, or month. I'm still really happy with the Slim Series workouts so I'm not sure what I'm going to come up with. Lori, how do you like the Cathe/SS rotation you're doing?

Having my best friends here last week was so much fun. I miss them and my kids already...but I'm also ready to get back on track. My eating was super lousy this week.

Today is a rest day. Tomorrow will be Tear It Up and possibly cardio.
