Motivation!

Before children (two sons now ages 3 and 18 months) I use to work out 6 days a week doing a four day split and then I taught (and still teach) a total body sculpting class on Saturday mornings.
Now I'm lucky to get in a good workout maybe three days a week. I am usually too tired to do anything.
My weight has returned to normal my body is flabbier and I find myself getting cranky when I can't get my workouts in.
Any suggestions?
