This is my first post in over 6 years! Yikes!!! I've been reading for the past 2-1/2 years though, and found support and guidance in your posts.
I'm a 28 year old work-at-home mother of 2. For the past year, I've had a lot of stress (job-related, not family related). Anyway, I haven't worked out for about 9 months. I've put on about 7 lbs. I just weighed myself for the first time in 8 months. Talk about DENIAL! None of my clothes are fitting me, and I'm very out of control. I'm very unhappy with myself.
I keep eating everything in sight. I used to be able to just eat healthy and small portions. But lately all I want to eat is junk food, and I tend to binge a lot. I am pretty much in the closet about my eating. I'm hoping that by coming clean with you, it'll help me get back on track.
I also want to start working out. I did the full timesaver 3 weeks ago and loved it, but I'm not sure it's enough to get me losing weight. I think maybe CTX is more intense, and might work out better. This is where you come in...
Please give me any suggestions, motivation, anything. I want to feel sexy again. I hate not wanting to flaunt my body for my husband!
