Not just talking Cathe here - what is your most fun workout?? I'm bored and need something new and fun. I like cardio more than weights, good music, and along the intermediate level.
Christi Taylor Cardio Collectibles. Or her Totally Hot Cardio (hi-lo), or the Fantastic 4 DVD which contains 4 of her older workouts. The music and the moves are really fun, and I always look forward to working out with her!
My favorite non-Cathe workout is The Firm Complete Aerobic and Weight Training and my favorite Cathe workout is Cardio & Weights. I like circuit workouts, can you tell?
The Urban Rebounder workouts are fun. And I agree that Christi Taylors' are fun, too. Mindy Mylrea has some fun ones - I like the sports oriented type.
Just Do It!
I've started mixing up my cardio. For instance I had all of Imax2 on the agenda but instead ended up doing warmup and 4 different intervals from Imax2 and then switched to Lowmax and did 4 different intervals. For some reason, I feel like I am controlling my workouts more, strange, huh? I still got a great workout, but with less impact.
Jeanette, I took my favorite intervals from all the Imax's and Lomax and put them together in the order I wanted and put them on a DVD, oh yeah...with parts of step blast (the total sections at the end with blasts)on the end and I call it my "favorite Cathe intervals". Most of the interval blasts are her toughest ones.. but also the most fun. I LOVE to do this on days when I just want to have fun AND work hard. Very similar to what you do!!
