More Step Aerobics!!!

Cathe, please do some more straight step aerobics videos...I don't like the new formats. I've got every step video you've made, and they're all excellent, but I would love a new routine. Once you've done a Cathe routine, no other instructor will do.

By the way, you've helped me recover from an illness where I gained 38 pounds in 1 year! 1 year to put it on, 4 years to take it off. Thank you!
 
I too am a step junkie. However, I have really been getting into Step, Jump, and Pump lately. I love the music and sometimes I do it with heavy weights to really kick it in. Also, when Cathe does the lunches in place with the barbell, I do walking lunges. Not 100 or 200 because I can only do about 65 before she is on the next section.

Not to take anything away from Cathe, but if you can't wait for the Hard Core series, take a look at Charlene Prickett's Crazy for Step. It is long, only step, and will wear you out.

I think the cathe step is the best but I love the new formats too.I loove bootcamp without step,SJP with only 16 minutes of step and KPC is awesome too. I like to have diferents formats of workouts to choose.I think the cathe kickbox is fantastic in cardio kicks and ctx series and these workouts makes you work hard without step.If you want to sweat you have MIC hi/low too.
 
I really like the Circuits also. But I personally found SJP/SB a bit too dancy. I prefer fun yet athletic like circuit max, C&W or Imax 2's choreography.
 
You can ALWAYS get my vote for more step workouts! Step junkie here too!

The Charlene Prickett workout suggested...I quite agree. It's over an hour long & kicks Butt.

Step Blast 2!! Step Blast 2!!!! Love that one. Only maybe some different music next time. And include the Power Play again!;-)
 
Me too! I also like the Challenge on RS. It's so much fun to do an

entire workout without the "learning" bits.
