From the blog pics itt looks like I'll need to get a lot more risers for STS program. I've got 6 right now. Is it worth it to purchase more or can I "get by" with what i've got? or should i get slanted ones?
hey if you have a weight bench i think that would work. how i see it thus far from the pics is that mostly the higher step heights are for upper body. then just use the high step with your 5-6 for the leg press that was shown. i wish i had the $200 to preorder b/c i said i wasn't going to,but now with the blog pics i am so sour about not being able to LOL.
3 risers at each end to make a bench for weight training is enough. And unless you are over 5' 8"-ish, you don't need more risers for step ups. Slanted risers are an option, not a necessity.
