MORE EXERCISE-MORE CELLULITE????

HI EVERYONE,
I HAVE A QUESTION I HAVE BEEN DOING THE PS LEGS VIDEO 2X PER WEEK WITH VERY HEAVY WEIGHTS FOR ABOUT 6 MOS.ALSO I CROSSTRAIN AT LEAST 5-6 DAYS PER WEEK ANYTHING FROM STEP ,RUNNING,KICKBOXING AND DANCE.HOWEVER THE STRANGEST THING IS HAPPENING I STARTED TO NOTICE MORE CELLULITE ON MY THIGHS.I DID START OUT WITH SOME CELLULITE (WHICH I HAVE DECIDED TO CALL IT MY COUSINS BECAUSE I FIGURED THEY ARE GOING TO BE WITH ME FOR LIFE SO I MIGHT AS WELL GET USE TO THEM AND INCLUDE THEM IN MY FAMILY OF MUSCLES)SO MY ? IS AM I SUPPOSED TO SEE MORE CELLULITE WITH ALL MY WORKING OUT AND WEIGHT TRAINING

Marisol, have you changed

your diet? Exercise should never add fat and that's all cellulite is. Since you're very active, have you increased what you eat? That could account for a little weight/fat gain.
