More Boxing DVDs with heavy bag

Thanks Linda. I looked the link you sent me. It seems that other people are interested in the heavy bag workouts as well. I want to invest in a good quality heavy bag, but I won't do it unless Cathe is planning to realease more of these DVDs.

Thank you for expressing an interest Maria! While I don't have a near future heavy bag workout planned, I am sure I will include more in the future. I enjoy heavy bag workouts too.
