More booty workouts please :)

I second that idea!!! Those are awesome. I always wondering why she didn’t do hip thrusters etc... in her videos. I feel like a lot of people have weak posterior chain issues. Bret Contreras has the best instruction on how to do these exercises. Like keeping your head up instead of back. Makes you have wya better form. And you don’t rock your shoulders. Realized I had been doing them wrong. Also one of his videos shows a good way to do a split squat which was way awesome. Like when you go down your back knee goes down at an angle. Really emphasizes the exercise and makes it more comfortable.
Would LOVE if she could incorporate some of his stuff into her videos. ❤️
 
Would love some more floor butt and thigh workouts! Until this broken ankle heals, have just been doing upper body, abs, and floor butt and thigh work, without ankle weights - for now. Cathe's done some great effective floor work, but being greedy, I'd just love some more :p
