monthly rotations vs series rotations

Have you ever found your results are better with following cathe's monthly rotations vs the rotations that are put out with the series? Or vice versa?
 
It depends by what you mean by "results". If it's weight loss then, no. That is all diet for me. If it's general fitness, then also, no. I only find "results" when I pick a certain and specific goal, such as increase strength of my upper body then I will pick a rotation that focuses more on this. I did a rotation to help with glute strength/shape and whatever rotation/workouts I picked for that goal then that worked too. Everything usually works with consistency, a plan and a goal.
 
Good question. I had better results with a series rotations than monthly ones. They just seem to fit better together. 4day split gave me the best results with strength, cardio,and body composition.
