It depends by what you mean by "results". If it's weight loss then, no. That is all diet for me. If it's general fitness, then also, no. I only find "results" when I pick a certain and specific goal, such as increase strength of my upper body then I will pick a rotation that focuses more on this. I did a rotation to help with glute strength/shape and whatever rotation/workouts I picked for that goal then that worked too. Everything usually works with consistency, a plan and a goal.
