Mondays Weigh IN for 7/14/03

Nobody's done this for awhile, not sure why so I thought I would start it for this week:7 hope nobody minds.

I am doing well I am up a half a pound but that is good considering I had a family reunion on Saturday and drank a soda. Overall I am still down. Right now I sit at 178.5 so I am down 17.5 pounds altogether in a 2 year period. My low last week was 178 so like I said I am not complaining a bit over a half a pound having had the reunion:D and all. I think upping my weight on my workout really helped to boost my metabolism and to get me started again.:)

I am really tickled!!

Cool thread Annette,

Having just returned from a week of fun & sun, I'm up 5 lbs. I was down to a low of 139.5 before vacation & this morning I am up to 144.5. No sweat. Vacation is supposed to do that to you, right?

I'm doing cardio & weights today. Have a great day everyone!

I have lost eight lbs. but have been plateaued for the last three weeks. I thought participating in a check-in might help me to jump start things again.
 
8 pounds is great Jane!! I plateaued for over a year but am losing again and very happy. I just know your plateau won't last that long:D

Keep up what you are doing and maybe change your exercise routine a little and see if that helps. Increasing my weights helped me and not eating after supper.

Annette, I'm glad you got this thread started. I used to start it a lot, but with summer here, I have been so busy, I just keep forgetting!

I am still within my plateau range. It's going on a one-year plateau now. I know that I still have plenty of bodyfat to lose, but just can't seem to shake it. I've tried more weights, less cardio, adding pilates, cutting down on sugar, and now I'm trying upping my cardio. Something's got to work!
