Nobody's done this for awhile, not sure why so I thought I would start it for this week:7 hope nobody minds.
I am doing well I am up a half a pound but that is good considering I had a family reunion on Saturday and drank a soda. Overall I am still down. Right now I sit at 178.5 so I am down 17.5 pounds altogether in a 2 year period. My low last week was 178 so like I said I am not complaining a bit over a half a pound having had the reunion
and all. I think upping my weight on my workout really helped to boost my metabolism and to get me started again.
I am really tickled!!
