Due to lack of time I did express workouts both yesterday and today. 30 min intensive cardio each day followed by BC lower body yesterday and BC upper body today. Short, but actually very good workouts. These half days in my kids school are killing me...
Hi Mari...yesterday I did a double workout 30 min of mixed cardio and MIS and PH legs in the morning. Then 30 mixed cardio and S&H Biceps, Back. Today I am wiped out. My DH has been out of town for a few days and the lack of sleep is catching up! I did PS floor work, a 3 mile run then abs from CTX Allstep and some shoulder work. Now a nap is sounding real good.......thanks for starting today....Carole
Hi all, I did PSSL&A yesterday minus the quarter dead lifts and step ups. I wasn't really into the workout but did it anyway. Today I took a chance and am paying for it now. I did the 1st 5 intervals of IMAX 1 and my heel is killing me . I could feel it beginning to hurt even before I finished the 4th interval, I went ahead and did the 5th and the did the cooldown and stretch. I am a hurtin' puppy right now. I can't wait to get my orthotics.
