Good morning everyone,
Ditto on the water! I've been so bad about that the past few days. I think it has something to do with the cooler weather. All I really want to drink are warm drinks! I can never get in more than the 64oz. requirement. I'm amazed by you girls who can drink a gallon. That's insane!

I've been using the Pyramids for my weight routines. I really like PLB for hitting the major lower body muscles. I always get a good workout. But for BFL, I'd pyramid up with Cathe, pause the dvd, do a HEAVY set of six, and then do two sets of twelve while she pyramids down. This week I'm switching back to S&H just to do something different, though. I seem to get bored easily.
