Evening ladies,

Did Muscle Endurance after dinner, the shorter version, that is I skipped the 2nd and 3rd leg press, the med ball press and lunges. BUT I did push ups, dips and abs twice. And I can still win them from my son. He thinks I'm a wimp and he's so strong and tough. Not after today he doesn't :)

Good for you Dutchie! I did my 1st P90X..chest and back...alot of push-ups and pull-ups....I modified the pull-ups using a chair, as Mari said it's fun because it's different. This afternoon I'll try Ab-ripper and maybe a short cardio from Cathe...:)...Carole
 
Dutchie, I don't blame you for not doing all the legs. You just ran a race yesterday!
Carole, so you liked it? You inspired me, I'll stick to the schedule too, even the eating.
So how many push ups did we do today? I did all but on my knees except the elevated ones. For the pull ups I used my TotalGym. I did the AbRipper too.
I had to do a little cardio -- 20min Nordictrack --because of my hip -- I must move it every day.
Dutchie, I hope your stuff will come soon, you'll love it!
 
Hi all, I did Slow and Heavy Chest and then did the step portion of MIC and the abs off of PSSL&A. I was pushing an 80 min. workout there. Didn't mean for it to be that long but since the boys are pretty much finished with school for the year it didn't mess up the day. We went to the library and to the cabinet shop to get some wood for my dh and then to store so I can try and make some freezer low carb meals for my dh to take for lunches.

I was missing in action over the weekend, ended up taking the whole weekend off because my parents were up for my oldest ds' piano recital. He played perfectly without his music and got 2 awards. The practice award and the most improved player award. We were sooo proud of him.

My weight is up so I am trying to cut my own carbs back again so I can get back down again.

Annette...that sounds like a very intense long workout. I'll remember that one..:)...don't worry about the gain, it'll be down in the next few days I bet. Mari, yes I did like it. I did mostly 12 reps of the push-ups for both rounds on my feet! I almost felt I could do more, it is interesting working the muscles this way. For the pull-ups I have a pull-up bar attached to one of my weight machines, but I modified all using a chair and only 8 to 10 reps. I have a mirror there so I can watch my form which really helps. I am wondering if I'll be sore tomorrow. Dutchie will have a great time with this!!...:)...Carole
 
Maybe I should do 12 on the toes instead. I did most of the time 30, but of course it's a lot easier on the toe. I gotta get a pull up bar!
I'm so very curious how you'll like the plyometric tomorrow!
