Hello everyone,

NO HIIT for me today -- but I rowed for 20 min at a decent intensity. For weights I did:
MIS - chest
MIS -triceps
BMax -chest
Bmax-triceps
PH -triceps

Thank god Monday is almost over on this end.

Did S&H chest, back&shouklders this morning before work. And after work I did my run. I added 6x100m intervals in a very fast pace to improve my speed. Or at least I was told that's how I could improve on my speed.

When I got back home I added S&H biceps&triceps.

I hestitate to even post this, my Monday morning motivation was very lacking today. I did MIS warmup and part of the leg workout but due to the piano tuner coming between 10 and 10:30 I stopped short to look half way presentable for him. So I wasn't really into the workout trying to watch the clock and all. Then when he didn't show up at 10:30 I decided to do a cardio workout during lunch, so I popped in MIC to do just the hi/lo segment. 13 min. into it he shows up,(late) so my cardio got cut real short too. UGH!!!x( :( So I had a very skimpy, wimpy workout this morning. My piano is tuned but I am not,LOL!!:D

Wow....Mari, my first Nordic HIIT! I did a total of 26 min. 5 min warm-up, then 4 intervals consisting of 100 sec of going all out followed by 3 min of recovery, then a 5 min cooldown. I got my HR up to 164! I was amazed as I know the max heart rate would be different for running as compared to Nordic. I also did the Lunges from PH and then the leg portion of MIS. Upper body this afternoon. Yes Dutchie, intervals will make you run faster. Good job!....as we both have a run coming up on Sunday....:)...Carole
 
Annette, isn't that always the case? When you think they are not coming and start doing something else they show up!

Carole, I have to admit I haven't tried HIIT on the Nordictarck yet. I had the best HIIT on the stairmaster or on the rower. I have to try it!
