Hi everyone-
The weekend workouts sure looked great. There were some real challenging combos out there. Great job to all:)
Today for me was Boot Camp. I read the post about BC needing to be done regularly and I remembered that I needed to revisit that workout too... I did the core all at the end- my favorite way.

I just did Slow and Heavy Chest then did PS Shoulders and Triceps, I was going to do some cardio but I am running behind. Plus we started back with school this week after taking last week off.

Hi everyone

Nice workouts already! Judy, I did BC yesterday -- one great workout!!!

Today I did 10 min bike to warm up and 30 min row at a decent 75-80% HR. After that I did only chest -- PH (chest) followed by PS chest. Now I'm cooked.

Hi everyone too....missed my morning workout. Family commitment..but this afternoon I'm going to do PS floor legs, and either Stepblast or maybe a circuit of some sort...have a good day...:)...Carole
 
Today was me lower body boot camp cardio and dynamic strength ( I think I'm addicted to this tape)
