moms to be check in 6/4

Arancini,

The same thing happened to me. I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. The pregnancy test at the doctor was negative. They did a blood test and that was positive.

I am now 38 weeks pregnant.

Lots of luck to you.

Hello everybody!!!

I have been lurking around this forum for a little while now, and I must say that you are all very inspiring. It's great to know that there are others out there believing in and practicing fit pregnancies.

I'm about 28 weeks now, dd#2 is due 09/01/06. DD#1 is only 21 months, so I'll really have my hands full shortly! How do I manage two cutie-pies, a husband and a job? Argh! Thank goodness for exercise!!!

I have been fortunate enough to keep up a five or six-day-a-week routine, usually about 45-60 minutes/day - depends on the workout. I'm using all of Cathe's videos, and can still do the cardio workouts with 1 Lb weights in hand. I'm waiting for the day when I'll need to cut back, but hopefully that won't happen. I love it so much!

Anyways, I just wanted to say hello and I'll begin posting weekly. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Kate 09/01/06???

Jen,

My daughter will be named Kate as well. Her name will be Katharine but we will call her Kate or Katie.

She is due in 15 days! I can't wait.

Congratulations Rachel - you are so close, I can't imagine how excited you must be!

Yes, I was a little panicked at the dr's office w/the initial negative result (their qualitative was supposed to pick up 15 and it was faint - meanwhile my home test picked up 40 - so I thought my levels were dropping)... but the lab just called me and my progesterone and hcg levels are really good so far. I go back again on Monday for another check, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that things go well. It looks like I won't need prog supplements though - but they can do good things, right, morris? :))

CurlyQtee - I thought I was insane, wanting only hot stuff - everything I've read and my dr's office say it's usually something you have an aversion to - so I'm glad I have another Hot Mama who understands!

Have a great weekend, all!

Hi Rachel!

Kate is a great name, isn't it?! What will her middle name be? We have chosen Adelaide. My first is Jane Dolores, so Kate Adelaide is a good match. Do you think my daughters will want name changes??? :)

Have a great weekend!
Jen
