I just read my previous post and realized that I typed it in the middle of the night and I was tired and crabby-what a whiner I was. That is wonderful that Justin weaned himself!!! Mine had to end their nursing kicking and screaming just before they turned three. :7 :7 :7 I was just sure they would be nursing until they got married


Noah has had maybe 5 nights that he has actually slept through...he is a REALLY light sleeper. We may be better off if we moved him out of our room because he wakes when he hears dh turn over or cough, etc, but I would worry about him if he wasn't with us AND...... he IS cute at 2 am!!!!

Justin has never slept thru the night more than 2 days consequetively. I'm hoping now that he's weaned he'll sleep thru the night more consistently so I can get a little sleep before the next one comes.
BTW, the next one will be sleeping with us for a couple of years as we don't have another room available for him. Tiny house with tiny rooms. We may have to look to move in future, but for now I feel this is where the Lord wants us.
Do you have room for Noah to co-habitate with a brother?!!?!?!?!? Do all your dogs have their separate rooms...or do they cohabitate with you, DH, Noah and the other kids. I can just see it. One huge bedroom with 6 kids and several dogs.

I think once he turns two we will move him into brothers room. We DO have plenty of rooms, we used to laugh because we technically have 10 bedrooms, but they all want to sleep with us, or 4 of them sleep together in one room, because they miss each other. Some of the rooms we use for office, school, workout, workshop etc. The dogs are just SO big we don't have them in OUR area of the home, they get a few rooms in the walk in basement....too much slime will accumulate and we will all wash away:7 :7 :7 . The home is a blessing, we bought it from a couple who were in the midst of a divorce. It was built in '96, we got an incredible deal. We aren't finished with it yet and with the addition we probably won't be for a few years, but it's still a wonderful blessing to have the room. I should NEVER complain!!

Briee, I"m afraid we're monopolizing this thread. We're going to get boo'ed off. Unless, of course you have a secret you're not telling us? LOL.
I agree, we are both blessed beyond our wildest imaginations.
